What if I received damaged or defective uniqcube?
If you have a damaged or defective unit, please contact us at office@uniqcube.com within 14 days of product delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. A replacement will be sent for any damaged items.
Please note: if the parcel arrives damaged please open it together with the courier; otherwise, if the light cube turns out to be defective due to transit and you haven`t opened it with the delivery man you won`t be eligible for refund.
What is your warranty?
UNIQCUBE comes with a two years warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damages caused by you. To return a defective UNIQCUBE, contact us with your order number and send your item to: Uniqcube, Brīvības Gatve 204B-5, Riga, Latvia, LV1039. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item turns out to be faulty, we will repair it or replace it free of charge or give you a full refund.
